CANCELLATIONS

A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a 50% service charge.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to stay on time for the next guest.

PRIVACY POLICY

We may partner with trusted companies and individuals to help us operate our business and provide services to you. These services may include text message marketing, payment processing, appointment scheduling, shipping and fulfillment, data management and analytics, graphic design, and other business-related support (collectively, “Service Providers”).

We share only the information necessary for these Service Providers to perform their services on our behalf. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Additionally, we do not purchase, sell, or distribute text message opt-in data.
